I worked at BBB for 2 years and really loved my job, however, it did take alot of multitasking and patience. The company itself is your standard retail chain, growing in numbers and stores. They have alot of “employee motivational” contests and procedures that I found kinda cheesy and a waste of time, but I guess they worked for someone. Hopefully you don’t work in the Utah stores, any of them, because if you did you would probably hate your job and quit. They are horribly understaffed. The best store so far is the Denver location.
I would recommend you work on soft side or hard side, working up front can be a pain because of all the returns and bridal registry stuff.
Really, If I had the chance, I would work there again, just not in Utah (which is where I worked)
